1. WHO WE ARE?
1.1.”We”, in this Privacy Policy, refers to the ONCORELIEF Consortium. The ONCORELIEF Consortium makes the ONCORELIEF app available in the context of a clinical study which is part of the ONCORELIEF Research and Innovation Action funded by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 Research Programme, Grant Agreement n°875392. 2. WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?
2.1.When you install and use the ONCORELIEF app, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) that can be used to contact or identify you.
We collect a) data captured by sensors incorporated in a wearable device (a wristband) and subsequently sent to the ONCORELIEF app via Bluetooth (such as body temperature, heart rate, step count) as well as b) the information you provided when you answer a questionnaire or provide feedback through the ONCORELIEF app (i.e. your answers to questionnaires and other questions).
2.2. We are responsible for the collection and use of your Personal Data in the manner explained in this Privacy Policy. We will only process your Personal Data for a specific purpose and to the extent permitted by law. Further below we explain instances in which we collect and use your Personal Data. If we do not receive your Personal Data directly from you, we will also inform you of this below
2.3.For all Personal Data that we collect in order to provide you with our services (i.e., to register you as a user of the ONCORELIEF app, enable you to communicate with us and your health care provider, generate analysis of your health status and provide you with recommendations), we would like to make it clear that we will also process your Personal Data in the following manner :

3.1.In principle, we do not share your Personal Data with anyone other than the persons who work for us, as well as with the suppliers who help us process your personal data. Anyone who has access to your Personal Data will always be bound by strict legal or contractual obligations to keep your personal data safe and confidential.
3.2.We do not transfer your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We will only transfer your Personal Data outside the EEA if you, as a customer or supplier, have offices outside the EEA with which we need to communicate. If a transfer was to take place, we will implement adequate controls to protect your Personal Data during the transfer (e.g. by entering into an agreement based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
4. RETENTION OF YOUR DATA
4.1.Except as set forth below, we your Personal Data will only be processed for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (i.e. to provide you with the ONCORELIEF app functionalities) or otherwise fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
4.2.At any time you may delete the ONCORELIEF app from your device. If you choose to do so or your account becomes inactive, we will de-identify your data immediately.
4.3.You should be aware that, although we will anonymize or otherwise de-identify your Personal Data where possible, we may retain certain Personal Data and other information after your account has been terminated or deleted as necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation or a court or administrative order preventing us from doing so

5.1.The security and confidentiality of the Personal Data we process is very important to us. That is why we have taken measures to ensure that all Personal Data processed is kept secure. These measures include technical and organizational measures to protect our systems.
- Data anonymisation (no data that could directly lead to your identity, such as name and location, is stored nor processed).
- Encryption between mobile device and backend system (SSL/TLS).
- Authentication and authorisation mechanisms are implemented to regulate access to your Personal Data.
- Identification mechanism to access the ONCORELIEF app.
6. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
6.1.You have certain rights related to the processing of your personal data: the right of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability as well as the right to object to or limit the processing of your personal data and to withdraw your consent.
